Compassionate Psychiatric Care and Psychotherapy in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and New York

Individualized care

If you’re feeling overwhelmed in any area of your life, psychotherapy and psychiatric care can help. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, going through relationship difficulties or a major life transition, our work together can help you understand yourself better and feel empowered to manage your situation. With a combination of psychotherapy and, when needed, medications, I will work collaboratively with you to come up with the best plan for navigating whatever challenges you might be experiencing.

Getting help

Seeking mental health treatment can be difficult, but people often start feeling more free when they find a trustworthy partner with whom they can work through problems. As an experienced psychiatrist and psychotherapist, I treat a variety of mental health conditions from my office in North Bethesda, Maryland. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, post-trauma stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and psychosis, among others. Whether we’re working together in-person or virtually, my practice is all about getting to know patients on a deep level in order to understand how I can best help.

My office is conveniently located for virtual or in-person treatment of patients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. I also provide virtual treatment to patients in New York.
